Bride: Petro Wedding date: 2 June 2007 Wedding venue: HelpMekaar Proposal details: Because we both know that we will be getting married, Johan allowed me to choose my ring. To me it made a huge difference because it is such a special thing to share. Anyway, the ring was ordered before Christmas 2006 and on Christmas Day Johan asked me what day I would prefer to get engaged. I told him that I didn't care because I know that I am going to marry him anyway. Initially we dediced that it would be on my birthday (11 Jan), but when he went to collect the ring on the 9th from our designer, he just could not wait! He simply slipped it on my finger, looked me in the eyes and said: Will you walk the road of life with me? |
