From "selling door to door", because no one or Financial Institution believed in us - to "battling along" with mere determination and "belief in ourselves".
Today we operate from a large industrial kitchen in Montague Gardens, centrally situated, which complies strictly to hassop standards, is judicially certified and has a staff compliment of 30 "permanent" TEAM members.
In addition to our Corporate & private catering division, our exquisite range of "ever changing" finger cocktails has lead us to opening a separate "Suppliers Division".
We now supply Hotels/Conference centres with a specialised range.
