Mrs Jones specialises in traditional decorating techniques and old style icing to design, bake and make cakes for any occasion. Designs are tailored to each individual's style and personality.
I grew up in a farming community and love pure and traditional recipes that have been tried and tested by family and friends. These recipes guarantee delicious results so that each creation will taste as good as it looks.
When required, I am available to set up cake tables and will collaborate with florists, event coordinators or decorators to ensure that the cake table compliments the event.
Cakes and fillings:
Rich chocolate cake (white, milk or dark) with chocolate Ganache - price range varies according to brand of chocolate used.
Traditional fruit cakes.
Carrot cakes with a lovely cream cheese filling
Vanilla, chocolate, orange or Spicy butter cakes
Other types of fillings include Nougat, caramel cream etc.
