About Jacques
Jacques once told me that in a relationship, you should bring out the best in your partner. I love him for all that he is, for all that I know he will be and for all that he makes me want to be. He is everything I want in a man, intelligent, funny and looks great in jeans!
How We Met
We met while studying at the University of Stellenbosch and stayed on the same res. We were friends first and after a rather interesting journey, have been going out for 4 years now.

How it happened
Although we decided on a date last year already, I was still waiting for the "official" proposal and it was well worth the wait! He completely surprised me and swept me off my feet. Let's just say one amazing weekend in Clarens, with a ceiling full of balloons, secret notes and a beautiful horse ride led me to my prince. A memory that will always make me go all dreamy eyed and weak at the knees!
