How We Met
We where both working in a shopping centre. He was a manager of a hardware store and I worked as a PA for an estate agent.
Everyday lunch time I would go and buy coffee from the coffee shop next door to his store. One day he came out and asked why I pay for coffee is I can have it free in his store. We where both still involved with other people so we where just good friends.
About 3 months later I broke up with my bf (not because of fi) and about a month later he broke up with his girl.
We started to hang out and the rest is history.....
The Proposal

How it happened
It was my 21st birthday and we went out for a lovely meal. I went to the ladies and he popped the ring into my drink.
On my return he had such a strange look on his face but just said it's kinda hot in the restaurant....yeah it was winter!!
About 10 mins later I almost swallowed the ring.
