How We Met
I was working at a nursery school at the time - and he used to come once a week to give hand-eye cordination / ball skill lessons (Playball). After 2 months I sms'ed him and asked him when he was going to ask me out. He replied via sms - tomorrow. Well we went out for coffee and the rest is history - 6 years later.
The Proposal

How it happened
I'd been away for work the whole week, he took the chance and went and asked all the parents permission etc. On the Friday him and my parent picked me up at the airport. I was chatting away and everyone just gave me one word answers - I didn't think anything of it (they were scared they would give it away) When we got home, he wanted to sit outside, so I sat outside with him - eventually I got tired and said I wanted to go to bed - to which he replied he wanted to play computer games for a while. Needless to say I was annoyed - I'd been away a week and now he wants to play games!! I went to bed - could hear him playing games - terribly loud.
Just after 12 he came and woke me up. Telling me to come with him - I couldn't understand why but got up and followed him. When I got into the lounge there was a picnic blanket, champayne, flowers everywhere, and candles. I just started crying - he said to me please sit down I need to ask me a question. He then told me how he wanted to grow old with me would I marry him.
I obviously said yes and when I hugged him, on the wall behind him - he had taken glowsticks and stuck them on the wall to spell out I LOVE U. I was so happy.
