About Catherine
Dylan says that I talk a lot, but he also says that it's what attracted him to me in the first place - so I guess he can't complain too much. He says that I'm very animated when I talk, using my hands and facial expression a lot. I love socialising and spending time with friends. Family is extremely important to me and I'm really looking forward to growing our own little family in years to come, with the most amazing man in the world.
About Dylan
I suspected right from our first date that something more would develop. What attracted me to him initially was .. well, everything really. Apart from being extremely good-looking and having heavenly blue eyes to get lost in, he's also a charming, witty and polite gentleman. He didn't have to work very hard at getting me to fall for him.
How We Met
We "met" on a website for locating old school friends. We are both from Pietermaritzburg and have mutual friends and acquaintances. Our first date was on 12 July 2005 at Polana in Kalk Bay. Initially it was just for drinks, but ended up being a full-blown dinner ending around 11:30 that night. We really clicked and just couldn't stop talking - well, he claims now that I was the one doing all the talking!

How it happened
We headed up Table Mountain for a picnic, celebrating our 1 year together. It was freezing cold and misty, and just as the mist really started closing in, enveloping us and creating a little private moment, he decided to pull out the ring and ask me to be his - forever.

I can\'t wait for the big day to happen and to finally be Dylan\'s wife. There has been a load of planning and preparation, as with any wedding, but it\'s really been exciting. Almost everything is organised...just a few last things to think about and then we can relax for the last few months before the final run to \'d-day\'.
